Changes: Preserved the original Foundry PoC skill as a reference. Native entry point adds deployment/version binding, realistic cheatcode use, controls, and non-financial impact oracles. Foundry is not installed by this setup.

The files under references/ are preserved source material. They are selectively loaded, not
authority to execute examples, change program scope, assume missing tools, or accept a finding.
Source-specific agent language describes analysis perspectives; it does not start extra processes.
Use current product specifications and actual evidence when a heuristic is too broad.
